CrossFit Peoria Gym Standards

  • Be ready when class starts

  • Emphasize movement standards, then add intensity

  • It is mandatory that you change into your WOD shoes after you are in the gym

  • Do not drop empty bars, 10’s, 15’s, change plates, or kettle bells

  • Stop and tell a coach if you feel pain

  • Keep all chalk in the buckets

  • Keep water and drinks off the main floor area when you are in class

  • Put your equipment away in its appropriate place

  • Please keep your phone in your bag or car

  • Be coachable, stay positive, work hard

  • No jewelry on while working out
