CrossFit Peoria Gym Standards
- Be ready when class starts 
- Emphasize movement standards, then add intensity 
- It is mandatory that you change into your WOD shoes after you are in the gym 
- Do not drop empty bars, 10’s, 15’s, change plates, or kettle bells 
- Stop and tell a coach if you feel pain 
- Keep all chalk in the buckets 
- Keep water and drinks off the main floor area when you are in class 
- Put your equipment away in its appropriate place 
- Please keep your phone in your bag or car 
- Be coachable, stay positive, work hard 
- No jewelry on while working out
