What is the best thing about CrossFit Peoria?
The best thing about CFP is that you know the people you workout with and become friends with you encourage each other to do better and work harder. You can joke with each other and share stories about how you felt the day after the WOD. I don’t have to deal with the annoying people at commercial gyms like Larry the lollypop or Roid Rage Randy doing curls in the squat rack or 1000 lb leg press and only more the weight 2 inches. The look on peoples face when I tell them what my workout is, they can’t believe it. Challenging people in pull-up contest and watch them be in shock when I kill their 7 reps they thought was a lot. In summary Crossfit Peoria is not just a gym it’s a family. A family of people that put their physical and mental strength on the line every time they step into the gym and bust through those lines like they were nothing and accomplish thing they never thought they could. Crossfit is the most brutal, physical, and mentally challenging thing I do and have ever done, but I love every second of it.
My name is Stephen Rial and I’m addicted to CrossFit.
