begining 100 lbs below you max, Build by 10lbs every set as able.)if your snatch is under 100 lbs, begin 50 lbs below you max and build by 5 lbs every set as you are able
Pt. 2: when the clock stops you have 5 min to then attempt a New PR if you feel up top it
Pt.3: 6 min EMOM: useing 80-85 % of your Max
