then:

5 Sets @ 60-70% of today’s Snatch:

High Hang Snatch + Low Hang Snatch + Snatch

12 Min AMRAP

5 O.H. Squats (use same Bar from Snatch Sets)

6 Burpee Box Jumps(24/20)

7 C.2.B. Pullups
