11/18/13 WOD

ATTENTION: CrossFit Peoria will be collecting donations of non-perishable food, water, blankets, coats, shoes, anything that can help for the next few weeks for the residents of Washington IL. Please bring items to the gym during any of our class hours.

Many people lost everything they called home, houses completely destroyed and lives changed forever, One of those people was our long time wonderful member Vicky Bell-Irwin. She is safe and uninjured and her husband has a slight injury but is ok I’m told. However their house is gone and we are going to help them and anyone else we can out in any way possible. As soon as we here that we will be able to get back into her neighborhood the gym will be closed that day so we can help salvage as much from their home as possible and lend a hand to anyone else in need. We will do our best to coordinate with anyone who is able to lend a hand. please check you e-mail and our Facebook page frequently for updates. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all in Washington IL.

WOD:

1) every 2 min for 5 sets:Back Squat: 3 reps @ 92-95% of 3rm

2) 4 rounds for time of:
8 Power Snatches @ 50-60%
12 C.2.B.
50 Double Unders
