3 Shoulder Press @ 90 – 92% of 3 RM

2) for time:
15 Dead Lift @ 75%
20 Burpees Over the Bar
25 Pullups
30 K.B.S(55/35)
100 Double Unders
30 K.B.S.(55/35)
25 Pullups
20 Burpees Over the Bar
15 Dead Lifts @ 75%
